I'm not sure if I shared with all of you that I have a job!! What! Well, volunteer job really.
Three afternoons a week I'm a crossing guard at the boys' school. Anyone who knows me, knows my passion for safe walking to and from school...especially if you live on our freeway....aaahheemmm...I mean street.
So, every Mon. Tues. and Wed. afternoon I get all gussied up in a fancy neon yellow vest with matching gloves, my very own whistle and a stop sign and help cross the kiddos to their onward destination.
Maybe I'll get one of the boys to snap a picture of me to share with you all. For now...just imagine!

That's awesome. We need a few of you at our school. Sometimes parents can be too impatient.
I liked your Terracycle link. Just today I had a parent telling me about this. Our school as raised $700, and its going toward books for our library.
