I had to stop in to the Chiro today and do a little happy dance because the swelling in my hands has gone down considerably. Not enough to get my wedding ring on all the way, but enough that I was dancing about it. WooHoo!
Breakfast: green tea, Complete shake, supplements
Herbal tea, pineapple, water, supplements
Lunch: salad w. lentils and tomato
32oz. water, Complete shake
Dinner: wild brown rice w/ red pepper and onion, arugula salad w/ balsamic dressing.
I'm almost, dare I say it, to the point that I'm not craving things like sugar and salt. Doesn't mean I'm swearing off cake forever. I'm on the hunt for a good gluten free cake mix to celebrate when this whole journey is over.
